Sean is Executive Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategy. In this role, he works closely with corporate leadership on strategic planning, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and stakeholder engagement. He also partners with senior executives across °Ä²Ê¿ª½± to evaluate and execute strategic transactions and °Ä²Ê¿ª½±â€™ overall corporate strategy. Sean joined °Ä²Ê¿ª½± in 2017 and most recently served as its Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, leading the firm’s global activities related to mergers and acquisitions. In this role, Sean worked with executives across °Ä²Ê¿ª½± to advise on and lead more than 50 acquisitions, representing the deployment of more than $1.7 billion of capital, in addition to other strategic transactions, including the spin-off of Consensus Cloud Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: CCSI). Before joining °Ä²Ê¿ª½±, Sean was an attorney at the law firm Proskauer Rose in New York City, where he was a member of the firm’s Sports Group and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice. He has also worked at Comcast’s NBC Sports Group. Sean holds law and business degrees from the University of North Carolina.
